Character & Anime, priced honestly

You book the base service first, so a gel manicure at $45, a builder gel overlay at $65 or Gel-X extensions at $75, then add the art tier your reference falls into. Those run from $15 for Simple up to $60 for Complex, and chrome or cat-eye is a $10 add-on. The full menu has every price on it.
