A gel manicure is $45, a builder gel overlay is $65 and Gel-X extensions are $75. Nail art is added on top by tier: Simple designs from $15, Detailed from $25, Advanced from $40, and Complex hand-drawn or 3D sets from $60. Every price is listed on the services page and on Booksy, so nothing gets added at the end that you did not already see.

Everything is booked through Booksy. Pick your base service, which is a gel manicure, a builder gel overlay or Gel-X extensions, then add the design tier that matches your idea. If it is your first time, send your inspiration photos through the inspo page first so the right tier gets booked before you arrive.

Send the photo if you are not sure and Nerissa will tell you. As a rough guide, french tips, dots and stripes are Tier 1. Line work, cat-eye, marble and chrome on a few nails are Tier 2. Raised 3D gel, chrome and charms across the whole set are Tier 3. Hand-drawn characters and detailed 3D scenes are Tier 4.

Yes. Add the first-time removal to your booking and it gets taken off here, from $15 depending on how thick the product is and what was used. If you have had a set done here before, removal is free and you can add it the same way.

Three to four weeks for most people with the right prep and aftercare. Builder gel on natural nails is usually refilled on about the same schedule. If you are coming back for a refill or a new set, add the free removal to your booking so the time is held for you.

No. It is a private suite with one artist, so everything runs on appointments. Same-week slots are often available on Booksy.

Yes. Children aged 5 to 12 get a gentle manicure with non-toxic polish, and a mini pedicure if they want one. There is no gel and no acrylic for kids, and a parent stays in the suite. It is a popular one for birthdays and back to school.

Yes. A men's manicure is $25 and a men's pedicure is $40. Polish is optional, and nobody makes anything of it either way.

Inside Unique Salon Suites at 10905 SW 40th St, which is Bird Road, in Miami, FL 33165, in the Westchester area. Park in the building lot, come in the main entrance and follow the suite numbers round to 18. There is a map and full directions on the location page.

Come with clean dry nails and your inspiration photos. If you are still wearing product from another salon, add the first-time removal to your booking. Bring headphones if you want them, because a set with detailed art can take well over an hour.

Tips are appreciated and never expected. Fifteen to twenty percent is the usual range in Miami, and Booksy lets you add it when you pay.

Booksy shows the current deposit and cancellation terms when you book. The short version is to give as much notice as you can so the slot can go to someone else, and to arrive on time, because a late arrival may mean the design has to be cut back.

Yes. Nerissa is a Florida-licensed nail technician working from a private single-client suite. Tools are sanitised between clients and files and buffers are single use.
